Our Full Service Property Management is all-inclusive. This service is the solution for owners who want a professional licensed property manager to handle the day-to-day management and responsibilities that a rental property requires. We handle everything associated with the rental of your property. As your property manager we represent you, the owner, throughout the rental process and lease period. Our goal is to provide you with first class service and peace of mind.
Getting to know your investment property
We’ll visit your property, take great photos, talk with you about the particulars of the home and explore the surrounding area. This provides content for a property listing tenants will want to investigate further at inspection.
Advertising your property
Your property will be advertised on MLS, Realtor.com, Rentals.com, Homes.com, Hot Pads, Google, Rental Home Plus, My New Place, Craigslist, Rental Houses.com, and Yahoo, to name a few and promoted via our social media channels and our website. Each listing includes photography and a property marketing video to showcase the property and encourage social sharing. A For Lease sign will of course also be placed at the property.
Flexible and engaging property showings
We personally walk and talk prospective tenants through your property. We don’t just stand at the door and close up afterwards. We also negotiate showing times to meet the needs of prospective tenants, often after the “standard” operating hours of others.
First-rate tenant selection
Each application received for your property is checked methodically, shortlisted based on suitability and reference checked thoroughly. Exemplary service for long-term tenure.
Our selection process ensures long-term tenants are found for your investment wherever possible. We support this ongoing through exceptional service and communication to both you and the tenant.
Rent collection and daily arrears management
Legends Realty clients enjoy the reliability of a steady cash flow from their properties. Our systems monitor rental arrears daily. Any outstanding amounts are managed and remedied immediately.
Regular scheduled property reviews
We complete a full property review of your property every six months. The pictures and reports will be sent to you via your owner portal.
